Choose to relax on the open deck porch, in the sunny sitting room or dining area overlooking the marsh, or curl up with a book in the living room, on a cozy window seat at the large window looking out to the beach front, Spurwink River and the shores of Cape Elizabeth.

Delightful sunny, landscaped private yard, surrounded by pink and white sea roses, overlooking Angel Creek and 15 open acres of marsh.

The kitchen features stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, refrigerator and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is in the bathroom. There is a downstairs bedroom with a full-size bed. Upstairs, two more bedrooms, one with a twin bed, and another with two twin beds.
