Come stay at this classic Higgins Beach bungalow with a modern twist. An eclectic mix of old and new, the interior has been completely redone and updated while maintaining the original integrity of the cottage exterior. It sports vaulted ceilings and a fresh look throughout. Only 7 cottages from the beach, it has a nice front yard, a deck with built in seating and sits on a quiet, dead-end street.

Please note: The parking space along side the driveway, between the driveway and the end of the split rail fence is for Owner Use only.
