Our local chapter, Surfrider Northern New England (Surfrider NNE), is very active in Maine. We are involved with coastal access issues, beach cleanups, and beach preservation opportunities along the coast. We also recognize the importance of the local watershed and provide education and outreach through our Snowrider program.
