On cooler nights, cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room.Upstairs are 3 full bedrooms plus a tandem smaller 4th bedroom (this room has a twin bed and is accessed through either one of two bedrooms.) Relax on the beach, side deck or on the grassy front lawn of this property located directly across the street from the beach.  The garage is the perfect spot to store your beach toys, surf boards and bikes while visiting. 

A separate 2 bedroom apartment is located in back of the house that is not part of the rental.

The following is required for all stays: 9% Maine Lodging Tax, 6% Service Fee (includes Damage Protection of up to $1000 of reported accidental damage), and a Cleaning Fee. Leases (not vacation rentals) may qualify for tax & service fee exemption.
