The new two story addition includes a gourmet kitchen and family room, featuring counter to ceiling windows overlooking the back yard, granite counters and high end appliances. The second level boasts a sun filled king bed with en suite bath and ocean views. Three additional bedrooms on the second floor bring the sleeping to a total of 12, with two and a half other baths. The first floor laundry and half bath increase convenience. New central air and heating system throughout keep you comfy no matter the weather!
