This property is one of two units in the Cliff Street Condominium Association. In order for you to have a safe and enjoyable stay the association board has implemented a series of rules and regulations. Therefore, all renters will receive a copy of the Condo Rules and Regulations and are required to sign an acknowledgement that they have read them, and agreed to abide by these rules including the parking guidelines.

The maximum number of guests allowed to occupy the property is 8 and pets are not allowed. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2. This parking area is shared with another property. Only 2 vehicles are permitted at any time on the premises and only in the designated parking spaces for 19 Cliff Street.
