This gorgeous beach house was built in 2008 and is only a stone's throw from the sand and surf. The High Tide A cottage is the entire left half of this beautiful, upscale property at Higgins Beach, and is available for rental from September to May. It offers a bright, open living area with a cozy stone hearth fireplace and lots of space to comfortably spread out and unwind. Outside, the unique roof top deck is a delightful place to enjoy the sweeping 360° view of the beach, and the second story deck off the master suite is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and have your morning coffee or tea.

High Tide A also makes a great home base for your Maine vacation and for exploring Greater Portland. It's just 15 minutes to the airport, turnpike, and Portland shops & restaurants.

  Cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, misc. cookware)
  Bed coverings/Blankets, pillows, and mattress pads will be provided.
  **Please note- Sheets and towels are not provided. Guests are responsible for bringing or renting sheets & towels. Bed sizes are listed on the property web page.

The following is required for all stays: 9% Maine Lodging Tax, 6% Service Fee (includes Damage Protection of up to $1000 of reported accidental damage), and a Cleaning Fee. Leases (not vacation rentals) may qualify for tax & service fee exemption.
