A short distance to the beach, this adorable, clean back cottage sits nestled among the trees and provides the perfect private oasis for your beach vacation! Take a break from the beach on the sun porch over- looking the side yard, perfect for relaxing with a book or grilling up dinner. Ocean views from the spacious second floor bedroom with private full bath, sitting area, and flat screen TV. Please note, the front yard is reserved for the front cottage's use. The parking is for two in the longer driveway closer to the house. The smaller driveway to the right is reserved for the front house only.

• 2 Smart TV's  with streaming services available.  Local broadcasts not included
• No Pets
• No Smoking or Vaping anywhere in or on the property
• Parking for 2
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited
• RV's and tents are not permitted on the property
  
  What's Provided?
  A starting supply of each item* below will be provided. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed.
  Toilet paper (2 rolls) *
  Paper towels (1 roll) *
  Trash bags*
  Hand & dish soap*
  Fresh Sponge*
  Cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, misc. cookware)
  Bed coverings/Blankets, pillows, and mattress pads will be provided.
  **Please note- Sheets and towels are not provided. Guests are responsible for bringing or renting sheets & towels. Bed sizes are listed on the property web page.

The following is required for all stays: 9% Maine Lodging Tax, 6% Service Fee (includes Damage Protection of up to $1000 of reported accidental damage), and a Cleaning Fee. Leases (not vacation rentals) may qualify for tax & service fee exemption.
