This oceanfront location with breathtaking views and large windows makes you feel like you are always sitting on the silky sands of Higgins. 

Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, & patio. Custom made king size beds allow for amazing views without even lifting your head! Bedrooms feature built out closets and under bed storage. Experience the beauty of the sunrise over the Atlantic to start your day, and wind down as you take in the spectacular sunset. The chef in your party will especially enjoy preparing meals in the well designed kitchen, with leathered granite counters, convenient pull out lower cabinets and extra storage. Double ovens help in creating meals for larger groups. No arguments over what to watch as four 55" TVs are available throughout: one with sound bar in the living room, one in each king room, and one in the loft, which provides additional sleeping with three, full sized, top of the line futons. Cooler nights find you curled up in front of the gas fireplace. This updated cottage is the perfect destination for your Higgins Beach vacation!

The following is required for all stays: 9% Maine Lodging Tax, 6% Service Fee (includes Damage Protection of up to $1000 of reported accidental damage), and a Cleaning Fee. Leases (not vacation rentals) may qualify for tax & service fee exemption.
